Butterfly House & Squirt Park

A nice family fun Saturday. We took Carter to visit a butterfly house. He like looking at the butterflies and following them around the "house".

We found a big pond behind the butterfly house. the pond had ducks and turtles swimming in it. Carter enjoyed watching the turtles. Naming them mommy turtle and baby turtles.

Next door was a squirt park for kids. Water was squirting out of the ground...like little fountains. Carter would jump, stand and try to grab the water. What a great day! Or the way Carter would say it, "that was a nice day, right mom?" (I have a habit of reminding him nice experiences by saying "that was nice").
