Fun at the Fair!

Grandpa Gary and Grandma Anne came to visit at the end of September. We went to the fair. Carter had a great time he got a Dora the Explorer balloon (he LOVES balloons). But his favorite part of the day was petting the animals. He made friends with the baby goats!
